{EN/PL} Last day of Viva: Charleston Antique Mall
Last day of Viva was super special for me as well.
Waaaay before the news that I got to the final, the owner of Charleston Antique Mall - Steve, contacted me asking, if I would like to be their star of the event at their antique mall!
I seriously could not be more flattered than that!
Last year we went there to shop, as it is one of the best antique malls in Vegas and we spend there ages talking to Steve :D
And this year, he invited me to be the only Pin-Up at their annual Rockabilly event!
Ostatni dzień Viva Las Vegas był także niezwykle wyjątkowy!
Wiele miesięcy wcześniej, zanim dowiedziałam się, że dostałam się do finału Miss Viva Las Vegas, dostałam ofertę od właściciela galerii handlowej z antykami- Charleston Antique Mall, której nie mogłam odrzucić ;)
Poprosił mnie o bycie gwiazdą ich retro wydarzenia!
W zeszłym roku, razem z J. byliśmy u nich na zakupy i tak nam się spodobało to miejsce, że spędziliśmy tam kilka godzin, z czego większość rozmawiając właśnie ze Stevem :D
A w tym roku zaprosił mnie do wzięcia udziału w ich wydarzeniu jako jedyną Pin-Upkę!
I knew I needed to wear something special for that event.
Something that screams Pin-Up but is also very decent, as it was a family event.
I chose the Kamelia dress from Natabo, bundle of bangles from Splendette, hair crown from Vintage Vollies and the shoes from Ellie.
Wiedziałam, że będę musiała ubrać coś wyjątkowego na ta okazję.
Coś, co krzyczy Vegas i Pin-Up, ale jest równocześnie na tyle stonowane, żeby pasowało do rodzinnego wydarzenia ;)
Wybrałam sukienkę Kamelia od Natabo, kilka bransoletek od Splendette, koronę kwiatów od Vintage Vollies i buty od Ellie.
It looked super fresh and got attention instantly.
Całość prezentowała się bardzo świeżo i dostałam masę komplementów!
I must admit Steve and his mom, the owners of the mall, made me feel like a super star!
The moment I entered, you could hear through the intercom:
"Cherry Bee has entered the building. Find her at her stand at the end of the mall..."
What a moment to remember!
Muszę przyznać, że zarówno Steve jak i jego mama, którzy są właścicielami galerii, sprawili, że czułam się jak gwiazda!
W momemncie, kiedy przeszłam próg, w głośnikach słychać było informację:
"Cherry Bee właśnie weszła do budynku. Możecie ją znaleźć dziś cały dzień, przy jej stanowisku na końcu galerii."
Niezapomniana chwila!
I was happy Klaudia, also the author of the photos from that day, was there with me, so she could confirm, it is not a dream :D
Cieszyłam się, że Klaudia, która jest także autorką zdjęć z tego dnia, była tam ze mną, żeby mogła mnie zapewniać, że to nie jest sen :D
I was signing the pictures, posters and taking photos with the customers.
Przez kilka godzin podpisywałam zdjęcia i plakaty, a także robiłam sobie pamiątkowe zdjęcia z klientami galerii.
Some of them told me, that they came just to see me and to get the signed photo! That is absolutely amazing feeling!
Niektórzy z nich, przyszli tylko po to, żeby się ze mną spotkać i dostać zdjęcie z autografem!
Cudowne uczucie!
I love the Kamelia dress so much, that I decided to have another shoot in it after I came back from Vegas.
I met with one of the Krakow's photographers: Angelika Pomorska and we decided on the pick-nick style shoot.
I love the results!
I must admit Kamelia is one of my go-to dresses this summer and I think I was in it already over 20 times :D
So if you see a lady passing by in Kraków, looking like a watercolour painting, it is most probably me ;)
Kocham tą sukienkę Kamelię tak bardzo, że po powrocie z Vegas chciałam koniecznie mieć jakieś dodatkowe zdjęcia w niej.
Spotkałam się z jedną z krakowskich fotografek: Angeliką Pomorską i ustaliłyśmy, że będzie to sesja piknikowa. Rezultaty, które kocham całym sercem, poniżej.
Muszę przyznać, że ta kieca, to mój pierwszy wybór na letnie dni i miałam ją na sobie już ponad 20 razy :D
Także jak zobaczycie biegającą po Krakowie akwarelę, to najprawdopodobniej jestem ja :D
A little bit about the dress itself and why it is a must have this summer:
it is 100% cotton and the lining on the top is cotton too.
Heart-shaped cleavage give this super feminine look and makes you look gorgeous no matter of the size of your bra ;)
The bottom is made of half-circle skirt and, wait for it! IT HAS POCKETS!
Teraz trochę na temat samej sukienki:
zarówno sukienka, jak i podszewka na górze są w 100% z bawełny.
Spódnica uszyta jest z połówki koła i podszyta (jak wszystkie rzeczy od Natabo <3) lamówką i uwaga: MA KIESZENIE!
Dekolt w serduszko będzie pięknie prezentował się na każdej kobiecie, bez względu na rozmiar stanika ;)
